Cabrillo Estates is a RENT CONTROLLED PARK! Opting for a lease means that you give that right up - DON'T DO IT without ASKING QUESTIONS- The City of Capitola maintains the rent ordinance for YOUR protection and have created a brochure explaining the benefits of rent control and the risks of signing a lease.
